Default pc on an 14/14 wand
found a very interesting item while I was farming today..

Water Wand
11-21 (req 9)
Improves skill recharge w/water 14%
Improves Casting speed w/water 14%

If this were fire or air I'd be selling it for a fortune I imagine.
Can anyone give me a PC?

Its nice, but a collector in crystal desert/ southern shiverpeak has max dmg and is 20/20.

Only the STAFFS are 20/20, if this is actually a wand (which from collectors is just a single mod), it is very nice

It is a wand, but only purple, probably because the two mods are 14 rather than 15, and not quite max damage.

Still it is a wand with two decent speed mods - I'll probably be putting it on thesell forum soon
